Earlier this week Governor Newsom announced the State's intent to begin allowing certain businesses to reopen in a limited capacity beginning Friday, May 8th under Phase Two of the State's four-phase reopening plan. The businesses permitted to resume operations may include all manufacturing operations and curbside pick-up and delivery for certain retail establishments.
In order to help businesses prepare, Yolo County has drafted preliminary guidelines for both manufacturing industries and curbside pick-up and delivery for retail establishments:
The state is expected to issue a revised State order tomorrow, along with formal requirements for newly released businesses, which may impact Yolo County's guidance and timing. Final County guidelines will be released following the Governor's modifications and will incorporate any additional requirements announced by the state that businesses are expected to follow. Once available, this finalized guidance will be accessible on the County website by clicking on the hyperlinked business activity at www.yolocounty.org/coronavirus-roadmap
The County's Shelter-in-Place order is still in effect through May 31st.
